I was a celebrity and 9-time bestselling author in my native Hungary in the early days of social media. But experiencing this kind of success didn’t actually bring me happiness and fulfillment at first, so I've spent almost a decade trying to understand how success impacts people, why it so often doesn't lead to sustained happiness, and how to try and make sure it does.
I have interviewed the likes of Penn Badgley, Jake Paul and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and other industry leaders, gathering insights about how they find happiness and self-worth, and continue to grow mentally and emotionally after achieving success.
