But experiencing this kind of success didn’t actually bring me happiness and fulfillment at first, so I've spent almost a decade trying to understand how success impacts people, why it so often doesn't lead to sustained happiness, and how to try and make sure it does.
I have interviewed the likes of Penn Badgley, Jake Paul and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and other industry leaders, gathering insights about how they find happiness and self-worth, and continue to grow mentally and emotionally after achieving success.
